Walker News - Update
Final update: September 30, 2007

Welcome to September Edition of the News

The first day of September Melissa and Karl were getting things in order in their new home. Dear Dad did finally get their gril assembled with only a few extra parts. Still no idea where the extra parts go?

Valarie's son David Mason, was in from West Point for a few days as we enjoyed an early Labor Day dinner.

The position as the Storage Area Network administrator became very intense on the 5th as my CX3-80 lost contact to over 75 drives, after a two drive disk failure. The drives were replaced, and access was restored and production was back to normal. The next day, one of our Cisco MDS 9120 Fibre Channel fabric switches could no longer write to it's file system. This forced another canncellation of the fabric migration, that was scheduled on the 8th moving to the MDS 9506 Multilayer Director class fabric switches.

Don't forget to check out Cody's Corner for September.
