The month of June was hot, for the Denver area as we set a record of 19 days at
90 and above with with June 14th the earliest recorded above 100 and the fourth driest June.

The first day of the month Cody got to experience what it feels like to be locked up inside
a car for that eight hour drive back to Kansas! Due to our work schedule, we didn't head east
until mid-afternoon, and finally pulled into the
Lyons Inn around 11pm, to begin our four day stay!

Today Cody was introduced to Grandma Walker, Karran and her dogs, for the first time!

Cody takes an early morning walk around the Lyons Square and decides listen in

the Facts of Life. Later, I explained to Cody that these were not real

Today was a somber day as we were notified by Pam's cousin, Terrie that her husband Steve Schultz
had finished his work for the Lord, and was called home!
Pam and Millie flew out to California to spend a few days with the Schultz family. The memorial service
was conducted at their family church, the
Calvary Chapel of Simi Valley, where both Steve and Terri were actively involved in the music ministry!
